Potholes & Stormwater Catchbasins maintenance information
Rising temperatures will cause new potholes to open up. You can help us by using our online form to Report Potholes.  Our DPW workers will be working on continued pothole patching.  They will also be working to catch up on accumulated debris near or possibly blocking stormwater drainage catchbasin openings . We encourage all Brighton residents and business owners to either use our online form to Report Potholes or blocked catchbasin openings , or contact either our DPW Office at 810-225-8001 or the City Manager's Office at 810-225-8022 or via email at to give us an address or street location where potholes need patched or debris needs to be cleared from catchbasin openings to allow proper stormwater drainage. We will add those locations to the list for related follow-up maintenance work. DPW Staff and the City Manager will be checking messages left on both of the above phone lines and email on a continuous basis.  Thank you for your help by getting these maintenance needs to our attention.
