Apply to be a Downtown Development Authority Board Member
The Mayor of the City of Brighton is accepting applications to fill two vacant Downtown Development Authority Board of Directors seats. The Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is vital group of stakeholders tasked with maximizing the economic potential of Downtown Brighton by initiating and facilitating development, redevelopment, and enhancements to the Downtown’s public spaces. Residents, business owners, and property owners are encouraged to apply with preference given to applicants located within the DDA districts (see map). One membership position to be filled will require an individual that resides within the DDA districts.
Any individual interested in sitting on the Downtown Development Authority Board should send a letter of interest and resume by close of business on Friday, July 20 to:
