Utility Billing
Division
The Utility Billing Division of the Finance Department is
responsible for the oversight and administration of the
City’s utility billing records, files and reporting system.
This includes working closely with the Departments of
Community Development and Public Services in making sure all
accounts are properly metered and all meters are accurately
and timely read for proper billings to the City’s utility
customers. This also includes the proper receipting,
depositing and accounting for the collections of the utility
bills, as well as all related customer service.
City of
Brighton Utility Customers:
Effective immediately, the City of Brighton is providing you
the option to request your monthly utility bills to be sent
to you electronically by email. This option to request your
electronic utility bill can be accessed through the
following link.
Online Utility Billing.
You
will have to first register with UBPayments.com to gain
online access to your utility account. Once you have online
access, you can then choose an option to have your monthly
utility bill emailed to you in addition to continue having a
paper bill mailed to you, or you can choose to be notified
by email of your monthly utility bill and discontinue
receiving a paper bill in the mail. Signing up for the
option to discontinue your paper utility bill will save the
City of Brighton over $6 per year per account. If you have
